Dear Angus and all the staff at Balgowlah - when asked would I write a review I couldn't wait. Firstly the professionalism of the first meeting with regard to the area of pricing and knowledge of the area was extensive and extremely helpful. I was then presented with a price that was both honest and on the mark. The next day Angus revalued the property after viewing the floor plan, we listed the following day and 2 days later achieved the price quoted.
