Very knowledgable helpful agent who organised the whole process of bringing the property up to presentation so it was looking a million dollars. Very communicative during the whole sales processes with weekly reports and finally did the negotiations when it counted to secure a sale prior to auction. Dear Angus and all the staff at Balgowlah - when asked would I write a review I couldn't wait. Firstly the professionalism of the first meeting with regard to the area of pricing and knowledge of the area was extensive and extremely helpful. I was then presented with a price that was both honest and on the mark. The next day Angus revalued the property after viewing the floor plan, we listed the following day and 2 days later achieved the price quoted. Five days later I achieved $55,000 more than I expected and sold. At the time I had internet and phone problems and the staff daily helped me with my paperwork and calls to solicitors with a friendly happy welcome on every visit.
