Buying our forever home was one of the most intense experiences of my life — and Sean King and Charlotte Michelle at Whitehouse Real Estate were exactly the team I needed. It almost didn't happen. I'd ruled out the property thinking it only had three bedrooms. Charlotte, while showing me another property in Freshwater, pulled up the floorplan and showed me it was actually four bedrooms. Without that initiative, I'd never have viewed it and it would have sold to another buyer the following Monday. The purchase unfolded over just five days — a highly emotional competing buyer, a buyers agent involved, my husband away and unable to view the property, and an elderly vendor needing urgency and sensitivity. Sean navigated all of it with remarkable composure. His communication was impeccable. Every message and call was perfectly timed, direct and clear — giving me the confidence to make fast decisions when there was no room for uncertainty. Two hours before exchange, hands shaking with stress, Charlotte calmly held the phone and gave my husband a virtual tour that gave us the confidence to put in our final offer and secure the home that day. Sean's care for his elderly vendor throughout such an intense sale window was genuinely moving. I would highly recommend Sean, always kept us updated on open for inspection results and potential of possible buyers. Our property required some work to bring out it's potential and acheive the best price, Sean had a team of tradesmen that were very prompt and efficient at a sensible price. I found Sean and his team to be excellent real estate agents. From the outset Sean sent us a very professional presentation outlining his strategy for selling our property, how they would execute that, what it would cost us and showing comparable properties in our area. In addition Sean had a great team of trades we could utilise to make repairs to the property before listing it. Sean and the team achieved a high number of groups through the property and were great communicators, always keeping us in the loop as to what was going on. In a very short period of time we achieved an excellent result which we were very happy with.

Sean and Charlotte represented deep understanding of the Freshwater market and were very open and transparent throughout the whole process. They kept us fully informed and were very supportive and came across as very warm and genuine people, the sort of people that you would be happy negotiating with if buying.
