Initially consulted with Sean for his expert advice on my family investment property. He was able to identify the different options in either keeping or selling the property and explained the pros/cons. This enabled a clear decision for the best interest of my family, to sell the property based on our current circumstances. Sean was professional, transparent and most importantly active throughout the campaign with regular updates on the status with prospective purchasers. With his local network within the Freshwater community he was able to extend the property for his own clientele to consider, bringing value to the campaign. Despite having the property on the market over Easter long weekend, Anzac Day and election, Sean secured several offers and gained competitive interest in the property. Sean was an absolute dream to deal with and his enthusiasm is infectious. During the marketing campaign we had to deal with a federal election and an interest rate rise, the first in 12 years. A couple of days prior to signing up with Sean another agent recently sold within our complex, he stated that the market had turned and that the maximum price he could achieve would be a little less than the one he had just sold, highest price at the time. Sean sold our property, the highest price in our complex and with a 10% premium, we couldn’t be any happier. Thank You Sean.
