Buying and Selling with Heidi

Simply the Best!!

We are thrilled and delighted to be able to write a review for Heidi from Whitford Real Estate after such a successful campaign in selling our beautiful home in Newtown just six days after going online!! We have been watching the real estate market for a few years and previous successes achieved under Heidi's guidance. We have also over the years met with her on various occasions and by the time we were ready to list our property, we felt very comfortable with our decision for Heidi to represent the sale of our home. She gave great advice in preparing our house for sale to making sure she was present while the home was being photographed to achieve the best result to list online. We feel the pricing was a realistic price range which engaged great interest but was able to achieve truly what the property was worth. Professional, approachable and communicates – would highly recommend

We’d highly recommend John and the broader Whitford team as they made selling our house in a challenging market stress free and with absolute professionalism. John was always approachable and knowledge from the first meeting and we always felt he was acting in our best interested both to get the best price, but also on the sale terms that worked for our situation. He kept us updated after every open and we spoke several times a week throughout the sales campaign on next steps and ways to best position our place compared to other houses on the market. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of selling in Geelong.
