I would recommend Rebekah and her team without a moment's hesitation. The "3" for communications might seem low, but, this really needs subcategories for further qualification. Simply put, she's as communicative as she needs to be, without being a pest. When there's news (e.g. feedback after inspections), she provides it. When you have a question, she always answers it well and fairly promptly. What she won't do is ring you up on a regular basis to let you know what, if anything, is happening, even if there's nothing happening. To me, that's a good thing. A more fretful vendor may not think so.

Rebekah has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process: from advising how to prepare the property for sale; conducting open for inspection and private viewings; informing us about the outcomes; and the most important thing - negotiating with the potential buyers!
