The trifecta!
I've used Rebekah and the Barry Plant Tecoma office to buy my property, lease it for the past decade and now to sell it. In all three stages - as a buyer, landlord and seller, Rebekah has been professional, thorough and friendly. I hope to use her services again in the future.

Great agent in the eastern hills
Rebekah from Barry Plant Real Estate in Tecoma recently sold a house for me in the hills. The property had been leased through another agent and it would have been easy to stay with that agent for the sale. I decided to give Rebekah a chance, and I am very glad I did. Right from the beginning I thought Rebekah was a straight shooter, and practically all the advice I got from her was spot on. She offered me a very competitive rate, did not engage in any upselling, and I am very happy with the result. Considering I live interstate, I was dreading the prospect of potential pitfalls, but Rebekah ensured it was all pretty well, plain sailing. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone wishing to sell in the area.

Rebekah is fantastic
When I bought my house, Rebekah was the agent who sold it to me. I was so impressed by her approach that when I decided to sell 2 years later I didn't hesitate to appoint her as my agent. That was a great move for me. Rebekah was always pleasant and effective to deal with, handled everything very smoothly and efficiently, sold the house quite quickly without any dramas or problems, and achieved a price more than 10% above the highest figure I had hoped for!! She is a fantastic agent!

Genuine Person
Having sold a house through Rebekah and bought one through her three years later, i can honestly say Rebekah is the most credible agent we have dealt with in the Dandenong Ranges. Anyone who deals with her would have to agree she is extremely professional and represents both the Vendor and the purchaser in the fairest possible way. One of the few genuine agents out there. Awesome agent... I'd highly recommend her.
Extreamly straight forward, I didn't feel conned like I have with other sales agents. She understood what I was hoping for and it all came thru with in 2 weeks. It was the least stressful experience in sales that I've ever had. Out of like 8 or so. (Sales and purchase) I'd highly recommend her. Dynamic, smart, patient and totally spunky.... the perfect agent.
