The first day after I came to Perth in December last year for my daughter's wedding, I searched Allhome try to find an affordable home for my daughter. As a buyer from the other state, Peter helped me step-by-step till the final settlement, it took more than 6 months. Due to his trust, understanding and patience, I was able to kept the property which I was originally planning to sell in the other state and purchasing this beautiful house in Perth which I can call it my home now. There were a lot of drama happened along the process and I am sure they would cause tremendous stress to Peter as he has to deal with me and seller at the same time. I have found buying and selling to be 2 different experiences. Buying through Andrew has created a 3rd experience. He was brilliant and genuine. I felt he was neutral in his approach, non judgemental and operated with everyone's interests in equal measure throughout the transaction. It took 3 offers over 27 days to close the deal. I doubt many agents would have worked this hard.
