Peter introduced us to the apartment which we subsequently bought. He was knowledgable about all matters to do with the apartment, the management of the estate, and the costs associated with living in a strata titled environment. He was well up on the the surrounding neighbourhood and the potential for building. We appreciated that he was essentially working for the vendors but at the same time helped guide us to make a reasonable offer. His office helped us choose a conveyancing service which made the sale go smoothly and his after sale service was exemplary. Altogether we were most pleased with Pete, his manner (never pushy), his knowledge, enthusiasm and efficiency and would whole heartedly recommend him and the company he works for, to any one.

Peter listened to us with regards the price we wanted to achieve selling my mum's property and he did not try to get us to lower our expectations, saying that he would do his absolute best to achieve the price we wanted. He arranged viewings regularly on the weekends and in addition would bring interested buyers through at other times. After each inspection he would contact us and give us a thorough breakdown of the interest in the property, we always knew exactly where we were at. Once we found a buyer he negotiated with them on our behalf and we were more than happy with the price we achieved. In addition, they provided cleaners, gardeners, settlement agent and stagers as required so the entire process was stress free. i would highly recommend Peter if you are looking to sell your property.
