We were impressed by the way that you and your team adapted to work in a different way given the Covid restrictions that came into place, and didn’t give up! Gemma was wonderful. Very organised and friendly and always on the ball with documentation and coordinating everything. Emails always answered quickly - sometimes out of hours! We felt that we were in very good hands.

Dealing with Peter was an absolute breeze from start to finish
Peter listened to us with regards the price we wanted to achieve selling my mum's property and he did not try to get us to lower our expectations, saying that he would do his absolute best to achieve the price we wanted. He arranged viewings regularly on the weekends and in addition would bring interested buyers through at other times. After each inspection he would contact us and give us a thorough breakdown of the interest in the property, we always knew exactly where we were at. Once we found a buyer he negotiated with them on our behalf and we were more than happy with the price we achieved. In addition, they provided cleaners, gardeners, settlement agent and stagers as required so the entire process was stress free. i would highly recommend Peter if you are looking to sell your property.
