Excellent, efficient, clear communication about market knowledge and setting realistic expectations.
With an aim to move from NSW to Inner West of Melbourne we engaged Charmaine ahead of time to help us secure a rental property. Charmaine understood what our needs were and proactively presented appropriate properties as they arose. When the Williamstown property crossed her desk, she made the inspection process easy even though we were reliant on using friends in Melbourne to inspect on our behalf. Of all the many agents we engaged, in a competitive market, Charmaine went above and beyond helping us.
