Charmaine is an amazing human and a real delight and goes to any length to make sure her prospective tenants have the property they’re after, and one that matches them. As a tentative first time renter after 40 years as a homeowner, I was quite daunted to try to rent, but Charmaine was patient, fun, respectful and extremely supportive, to the point of going out of her way to wait patiently while I measured up one property! And after all that, it wasn’t the right one for me. She made it all feel ok and fun and left me feeling uplifted and absolutely thrilled to then find her later, at my perfect property.
