It is always a stressful time opening up your home for strangers to wander through and assess, but Michael made the whole process much easier with his calm, friendly demeanour. His knowledge of the local area is extensive and he is very good at communicating with prospective buyers to work out their actual level of interest. Despite the market being somewhat tricky at the moment, he managed to find a buyer for my property within the exact timeframe that I was hoping for.
