We met Michael a few years ago at an open home and were impressed by his manner and honesty. So when it came to sell our home we automatically thought of him. His service was excellent any kept us up-to-date delivering the sale of our house for a good price at one of the most difficult times in real estate sales history. I would highly recommend him

Katie is professional, friendly and astute. We had a longer than usual selling period due to circumstances beyond our control. Katie kept our property at the forefront and achieved a significantly better then expected result.

I chose Michael because I liked his manner and in particular he would communicate regularly. I was very happy that the promised regular calls happened and that Michael had a very good understanding of the the crisis the market was in, and was able to succinctly explain what was happening and what my options where

John is a fabulous agent and we couldn't recommend him highly enough. Not only did he sell our home (during Covid19 no less) but he also went above and beyond by assisting us on the purchase of our new home before we had even committed to selling our first home. We always felt in partnership with John, he was responsive to all of our questions and was always respectful and professional. Thank you again for everything!

We have been clients of Williams Real Estate for 10 years and have been more than happy with their service and expertise. In particular, when we were compelled by external factors to sell during the COVID-19 crisis, Katie did an outstanding job of adapting to the environment, keeping us informed and advised (despite us being overseas), and successfully securing a solid price in the face of unprecedented market conditions. Her many years of experience in the Williamstown market clearly showed, and Williams thoroughly deserves its position as the leading agent in the area.

We had a great experience selling our unit with Katie. The real estate market was quickly changing due to the impacts of covid-19, but Katie and her team were very adaptable with their response to the situation, providing private inspections and a successful online auction. Katie is a straight up communicator who gets the job done well, without fuss. Highly recommend.
