Michael his team were great, very professional and we feel that we got the right property for the right price without all the stress that often goes with it. They obviously had a good relationship with the vendor and had all the ducks lined up so when we made a fair offer everything went smoothly

We bought this house through Katie & sold this & our previous house with her as well. We rented this house via Williams previously, but moved to a different agency for rental for various reasons. However, we made a specific choice to retain Katie Williams as our seller on this property - which we haven't actually lived in or visited in 9 years. Katie was absolutely fastidious in her appraisal & her unwarranted extra work to get our property ready for sale. Despite being overseas, we were able to jointly appraise the property, do works required & get the house staged & photographed - to the point we saw the home advertisements & actually wondered why we were selling. There can be no higher praise given, Katie & team considered & heard our requests, applied our changes & subsequently sold our property... prior to auction. If you want a fully sympathetic, thorough, hard-working, honest, experienced & personable agent who will go above & beyond to either get you that property or to sell your property, Katie Williams is the person you should contact, without shadow of a doubt.

Katie Smith recently sold our property in Altona North in a challenging market. Katie provided great insight and guidance and support via her team that gave us confidence we had chosen the right real estate agent. We have no hesitation in recommending Katie to sell property in the Western Suburb area.

I can't thank Katie enough for the support she gave us when purchasing our new home. From the outset, Katie was personable, knowledgeable and took the time to guide us through all the elements of the purchase.

Katie is very knowledgeable about the Williamstown/Newport property market and the market in general. She was extremely professional to deal with and was strong in her expectations of our property. Katie’s advice on potential price range was above my expectations, however the final price was exactly within that range. The property also sold well under the time frame proposed. All round Katie and her staff were pleasant to deal with, they delivered to our needs and I can only strongly advise others to engage with her company.

Hi, I am Antoinette Like the title states, I sold my home quickly then was assisted by Katie to obtain another property My family has sold many properties through Katie's Williams Real Estate business and have always been pleased with the exceptional results achieved On this occasion I was advised to list off market to save on advertising costs and avoid public open inspections that do not sit well with me Katie's client base sold my home in a very short time-frame I was advised by Katie on property presentation techniques and market trends throughout the short off market sale period However, the main point I wish to highlight is the after sales service I received from Katie and her team I was interested in purchasing a property listed by another agent in a nearby suburb After informing Katie of my interest in the property I was assisted (free of charge) in researching and obtaining the desired property at auction I could not ask for anything more, anyone wishing to receive unparalleled professional service by a well established real estate agency go to Katie at Williams Real Estate Thank you Katie and your team Antoinette

Katie and her team were fabulous every step of the way when selling our home. She kept us informed through the whole process and was very knowlegeable and encouraging. She has many valuable contacts and we were really pleased to sell prior to auction for a great price, that was well above what we expected. Katie makes the process very easy and has excellent advice on all aspects of selling your home.

Although final sale price was below our expectation, we felt Michael and the team at Williams did all possible to meet our expectations. He and her team were always professional, timely, reliable and with superior knowledge. The market at the time was particularly volatile which made their job all the more challenging. We wouldn’t hesitate recommending Michael and the Williams team to any prospective vendor contemplating selling their home.
