Outstanding agent!
Katie is an agent that gets it done! She understands changing markets and takes charge negotiating accordingly. I will always go back to Katie to sell our properties in the future as she has been a pleasure to deal with and has exceptional communication which is integral to both sides of a sale process. Very professional
Michael Harvey understood that it was quite emotional for me to sell the family home after my Mum passed away. Michael was very professional, honest, always kept me up to date regarding potential buyers and was very easy to work with during this time. Each and every property Katie has sold for us has exceeded our expectations. Katie has worked diligently to ensure we have had the best possible price and outcome on each property. They have all sold above what we've thought possible, with minimal inconvenience. Well done to Katie and the team. Not only are they a fabulous sales team, but wonderful property managers also!
