
The agent has put a big pressure on us to fill the Condition Report trough automatic daily email. We duly filled it highlighting real problems in the house that are daily irritating us. We have then waited 21 days with nervosity before filling this feedback after we sent our report, hoping to get news from the agent, but not, the agent still doesn't seem to have read the report so I am obliged to send a feedback. I have asked the agent to come visit us in person saying it was important for us. We are a few minutes walking distance from the agency. She never came and we didn't get the chance to meet the agent in person. When we called a few time the agency, the agent never seems to be available. The agency should immadiately stop serving its customers though automatic emails, come back on earth and meet physically its customers. There should not be space in the industry for this type of poor service. What does your company can do now ?We still need assistance from the agent. I am worried that if she hears about our negative review, it will discourage her even more to visit us. I leave it to your management to decide.
