I've been renting a property managed by Wilson Property for just over two years, and overall, my experience has been positive. The property itself was well-maintained when I moved in and regular inspections are conducted professionally and with adequate notice. During my tenancy, any maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner. Requests are usually acknowledged quickly, and repairs are scheduled without unnecessary delays. All in all, it’s been a stress-free couple of years. If you’re looking to rent or have a property managed, I’d recommend them based on my experience.

To date, we are extremely satisfied with the way they communicate with us and engage us in every decision that they think we should be involved. Communication is good but they have absolutely bad and rip-off tradesmen for maintenance purpose. For $25 light globes they charge $400+ . So bottom line not good with maintenance jobs.

Wilson Property have always been kind, friendly and helpful in all our dealings with them. We were with them in another Property but when it became unavailable they helped us find the home we are in now.
