We were desperate with no time to pack or cull, so had to find a similar sized residence. She went above and beyond and found us a home before some agencies replied to us! I've been renting a property managed by Wilson Property for just over two years, and overall, my experience has been positive. The property itself was well-maintained when I moved in and regular inspections are conducted professionally and with adequate notice. During my tenancy, any maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner. Requests are usually acknowledged quickly, and repairs are scheduled without unnecessary delays. All in all, it’s been a stress-free couple of years. If you’re looking to rent or have a property managed, I’d recommend them based on my experience.

Communication is good but they have absolutely bad and rip-off tradesmen for maintenance purpose. For $25 light globes they charge $400+ . So bottom line not good with maintenance jobs.

We have multiple rental investments managed by Wilson Property. We are always kept up to date and have total trust the team is their for us.
