This is the 2nd home that Andrew has sold for me. That in itself is testament to how much I felt I could trust Andrew to represent my best interests and he has followed through once again with the recent sale of my much loved home. Andrew has been a local agent on the Peninsula for a long time and his professional approach and personal style is what sets him apart from other agents. Along with having very good negotiation skills, Andrew also has very extensive local area and market knowledge. Andrew is realistic in the sense that he will not overquote the sale price. Wilson's agency managed one of our properties at Koolewong and that is how we got initially in contact with Andrew. After Andrew sold that property for us our relationship continued when he introduced us to the property where we live now. We just recently sold our Woy Woy Bay home of 17 years through Andrew. We certainly got to know Andrew very well and have a good knowledge of his work ethics, his skills and his personalitty which makes us very confident in saying 'We belive Andrew is the best agent on the Coast'. We are very particular when it comes to business and we were ready to find the mistakes or faults and put our own input in things like property description, adding property photos taken by us etc. With Andrew we did not have to do any of this. Everything that he did together with his team was outstanding. We could not believe how the marketing process was up to perfection. The description of the property, the photos everything looked absolutely amazing. For each property he sold Andrew achieved the price we were hoping for. The whole selling process was smooth and fast thanks to Andrew. Any correspondence and communication was always responded very fast and promptly. We even thought the whole selling team of Willson's was so passionate and lovely when we met them. What I love about Andrew is his experience and skills helped us make confident decisions and we felt guided, not pushed into it. We also got to know Andrew as a person and it was a big bonus dealing with the local who grew up in the area and knows the area very well. Having a young family and being a hard worker we thought he is easy to relate to many people, families and business people. we have recently purchased and property and sold our existing one through Andrew at Wilsons. We met a quite a few agents prior to engaging Andrew .
