We contacted Ben because he was the agent who had sold our house to us four years back, and we really liked his style - he had matched us as buyers perfectly. When we were ready to sell, he came round to see us promptly. He was very informative and thorough, answering every question in detail. At times we had ideas that differed from his, but rather than telling us we were wrong, he asked us our reasons why. In turn, he explained his reasons and gave examples from his experience. We therefore accepted his professional advice in every aspect of the sale, and he was absolutely right. We liked the fact that he was always very positive about our house - that seemed very important to us if he was to sell it on our behalf. When problems arose, he ensured they were resolved quickly and satisfactorily. He ensured we got our asking price, even though we had only one interested buyer. We cannot rate Ben highly enough, and would like to thank him for all the work he put into making our sale a successful but painless process.
