I employed Andrew after contacting him a year ago for some advice. Nothing was too much trouble and he did not pester me like some agents do... So when the time came a year later I signed the agency agreement.. Andrew dressed very well, was well spoken, knowledgeable and friendly.. He replied to each email or query I had and kept me well informed.. I had worked in Real Estate myself so I knew what a good agent was. Not once did I regret my choice.
