Did the task without overselling it

David provided all that was required in an expedient manner and kept communication chanels open and promptly liaised with the seller to ensure all parties understood terms of purchase. After a building inspection the seller rectified the few things that needed attention.

Professional in every way

I selected David to sell a property for me based off an experience that a friend of mine had working with him. I am generally quite time poor and needed someone who knew what they were doing and just went out and got the result. David was in every way the right person for this and made the whole process completely effortless. If you want to actually sell a property, get the right price & connect your home with the buyers, David is in my opinion the person to reach out to.
