Our first open home was done mid-week 14/10/2025 and the following one Saturday afternoon 18/10/25 where my home was sold in a mere 7 days with negotiations completed by the end of the day. Best part of this whole process - it was quick, thorough, and genuine help most agents don't really care too much about most of this but Darcy has the goods, no mucking around.
