Mr Bone is very knowledgeable in his marketing. We had no further correspondence with Mr Bone once we had confirmation of purchase for property located at Springs on 11/06/2021. We had further delays in the land purchase and no communication. Essential communication would have allowed us to understand information more accurately and quickly. In contrast, poor communication lead to frequent misunderstandings, frustrations and further delays in completing the property contact on 23/07/2022

Dealing with John was very Simple. We purchased from Victoria, dealt with John over the phone and later travelled to Hervey Bay to view the property. It was everything John had described. John met us at the Springs Estate and we had a great experience dealing with John that morning. The initial time frame blew out but all in all we are very happy.
