John has been a familiar face in the local business community of Hervey Bay for the last 19 years, both through his own business, as well as being part of the local Chamber of Commerce and Fraser Coast Anglican College board and other local community organisations. John has been in project marketing and commercial real estate for over 14 years and with Win Projects Group for the past 12 years having had great success in local Commercial, Project Marketing, Residential Sales and Leasing with many multi-million dollar sales. Currently John specialises in major residential land developments where he is successfully project marketing a number of high profile residential estates, The Springs, Ocean Blue Estate, Kingfisher Gardens, Baylinks Estate and several other smaller subdivisions. He also has a strong background in commercial property sales and leasing with a portfolio of national companies that he provides leasing and sales services to. John’s selling experience and ability to close deals is second to none. Born and bred on a dairy farm in Victoria, John has enjoyed the enviable lifestyle of Hervey Bay for the past 20 years. He has an affable, down to earth personality and is a great negotiator.
