Thankful and grateful
We are so thankful for the opportunity to have Josh as our agent. He was recommended to us and we can see why. He is very knowledgeable of what the market is doing, quick thinking to adjust the sales strategy to suit the present changing marketplace. His pleasant and mature attitude and willingness to go all out for you is a great benefit as well. Skillful negotiations with potential and eventual buyer gave us a great outcome overall. The agency was a pleasure to deal with and his assistant was dedicated to helping us achieve our goal as well. Overall we have had a great experience with Josh, a pleasure to deal with, sticking with us and advising us all the way through the sale process. A Succesful Sale In A Difficult Market
We decided to use Wiseberry Peninsula due to the majority of the market in the area covered by this branch, we also purchased this particular property through Wiseberry which made the choice easy. The moment Anthony came to meet the family and myself to discuss the opportunity to sell we were impressed with his knowledge, industry experience, sales record and overall general approach to the industry. We unfortunately ran off the back end of the recent Sydney boom which hit the coast and the market was slowly but surely stalling/dropping as the Sydney market did the same. After 2 price drops on our property and 3 1/2 months on a difficult market Anthony and the team still managed to get our sale within our expected (desired) price range! A refreshing note was that although we were directly dealing with Anthony on most aspects, we also had the whole team at Wiseberry assisting in the background and helping as one unit and not just one salesperson. A note must also be mentioned to Josh Young and Josh Canellis who were fantastic with there assistance with the sale and i'm sure Anthony couldn't of done it without them. On a another note Anthony actually cares about his clients, you can tell that he wants to help and this was evident with him helping with the purchase of our new property that was not even listed with Wiseberry! Really works hard for the vendor!
I have no hesitation in referring Anthony for anyone looking to sell their homes on the coast. I met Anthony almost 18 months prior to signing him and in that time we were in touch regarding the market and potential options for our own house as well as our investment property which we ended up selling through him. From our very first meeting, right through to settlement, Anthony showed a comprehensive knowledge of the market and all the necessary skills to ensure a wonderful sale. Very professional
