We couldn't fault Anthony in his efforts to sell our house. He is professional, knowledgeable, honest and very personable, guiding us through every step with incredible patience. Nothing was too much trouble for Anthony and we appreciated his attention to detail when it came to presenting and promoting our property. Anthony achieved an amazing result for us accomplishing a street record and record sale. We have no hesitation in recommending Anthony and the team at Wiseberry.

We had previously had a very bad experience with an estate agent. Thankfully Anthony helped change our opinion and came through with bells on. We achieved a great price in a falling market. Anthony managed to do in the first weekend what the other agent tried four months to do.

My faith in engaging Josh for the sale of a property far removed from his usual business territory was rewarded when he secured top price in a depressed market. This was my second property on market with Josh. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell.

We are very happy with the quick sale of my mothers house at Ettalong beach, it was Sold within two weeks. And as the market was beginning to drop we were a bit worried, but achieved a great result. Anthony was very easy to deal with and kept us fully informed of what was going on with the sale. Thanks again

Anthony and his team are great agents and go out of their way to assist with a sale. They go the "extra mile" for you, especially in my case living in Sydney and not being present this was wonderful to know that they were looking after my property during the sale period and keeping a watch on my property until sale exchange takes place.

Anthony was very open, honest and proactive from the start. He kept us updated at every stage. Anthony was with us all the way helping us to make our decisions. We could not ask for a better Agent. Wiseberry appears to have a team approach to selling properties which is quite impressive. We have no hesitation to recommend Anthony and Wiseberry Peninsula to any Vendor.

From the beginning of our sale to the end of the process, we found Josh to be extremely understanding, supportive and appreciative of our need for a fairly quick sale. He was - crucially - honest with us about the market behaviour and helped direct our sale preparation in the most positive directions. We know this worked as we achieved a sale price at the top of our asking range. Thanks Josh!
