Sold with great enthusiasm and a minimum of fuss
Having purchased our new property from Wiseberry with Peter VanDen Hooven, we had no hesitation in asking them to sell our existing home. Went above and beyond!!
The heading says it all - Scott literally went above and beyond the duties of a Real Estate Agent in his assistance with us selling our home!! He stuck with us as we had to deal with some twitchy financial and pool compliance issues, provided sound advice and guidance throughout the whole selling process, and had the patience of a saint as we bombarded him with way too many questions. Scott's experience in the market was invaluable as he expertly steered us through the whole process. A huge thankyou from the Smarty Family.

Excellent communicator.
Despite being the purchaser of the property we felt that Peter answered our questions accurately and to the best of his knowledge. He was personable and engaging. There were leads missed on the house and the campaign was not very successful with a much lower than expected/promised price

Unique Property - Record Price

I approached Peter to sell my home because he was my neighbour who was very friendly and amiable. And I was amazed how he was able to get the right buyer for my home.
