Oversold and under delivered
Our initial experience with Scott was good, but it became apparent that there was little follow up from his team with prospective buyers. This was compounded at our Auction day with a small number of interested buyers turning up in comparison to the number of leads that had been generated. Overall this was a disappointing experience

Sold in record time!
Having made a decision to move back to Brisbane to be with the family and Andrew getting a job there, time was of the essence as we needed to move in early September... Peter went above and beyond to make that happen, he gave us a guide price of what we could expect and his knowledge of the property market was second to none - after only one open home and a couple of private viewings we were SOLD within 2 weeks of placing our home on the market for a fabulous price ❤ We cannot thank Peter and the team at Wiseberry enough for their constant updates and reassurance throughout the process! ☺🙌 We would highly recommend him. Professional, efficient and friendly agent
Scott and his team communicated well with us from the start. He was always quick to respond to questions from us - whether they be by phone or text. We also appreciated his no-nonsense approach. His inquisitive nature and fast thinking was effective in delivering ideal suggestions to potential buyers. He also provided us with the appropriate feedback regarding updates in the marketplace. A commendable and exceptional agent to deal with. I would highly recommend Scott to anyone planning on buying a house.

Illegally stopped auction midway
My experience with Scott in 2016 was unflattering at best. He was very pleasant and accommodating leading up to the auction. Midway through the auction he, as the auctioneer, stopped it twice, once to let a new bidder, who he had the decency to disclose worked at his office. We eventually purchased $120k more than the reserve price, he disclosed that to us as well. Oddly he only declared the property 'on the market' after our 4th bid, when the bidding started at reserve. Being first homebuyers we didn't think anything of it. My boss at the time, Commissioner of Fair Trading advised it was illegal. Though I ran out of energy to persue it. All in all Scott's underhanded actions at the auction made us feel cheated on the purchase of our first home. Thanks for the opportunity to give you this feedback Scott, despite being several years after the sale. Oh, I did forget that Scott had installed a giant lit up sign despite body corporate by-laws prohibiting advertising. No doubt the original owner had to pay for the sign regardless.
