Scott came to me on the central coast to sign contracts, happy to be of service above and beyond expectations. Selling during Covid made easy
When we decided to sell our home in Galston we took time to interview and evaluate a number of agents and we compiled a short list. Covid and lock down suddenly changed everything. That did not deter Scott and his team at Wiseberry, whom in our opinion demonstrated a strong digital strategy. Scott laid out a very clear strategy and game plan that was easily understood and was well executed. The flexibility of the team to respond to market conditions on the fly and accomodate us confirmed our decision to use the Wiseberry team. Not only did they have to work much harder to comply with Covid restrictions and arrange many inspections 1:1 but they also read the market well and advised on the appropriate auction date. We felt informed, consulted and empowered throughout the process. They did not over promise but over delivered in stead. Very happy with the outcome and a much better experience than we expected.

Smooth Process
With Peter's local knowledge we found the sale of our home to be such a smooth no nonsense process. He was openly honest in letting us know reasonable price expectations, which we ended up selling for above the expected price which was fabulous. Peter was always on hand to answer any questions and worked really hard to sell our home within the first week of being on the market. Thanks Peter !

Friendly, efficient, honest & no nonsense!!
Purchasing a property is quite a scary process, but purchasing through Peter was a great experience. Friendly, honest, upfront, very communicative - and processed the sale transaction without any fuss! Nothing was too much trouble - going back for further inspections etc. follow up phone calls etc. and I really appreciated the extra time & effort he made explaining things to my son as well.
