Throughout the process, he was always available to answer my questions and kept me updated on where things were at. I had a few hiccups along the way, particularly around getting an extension for my finance approval. Mark went above and beyond to liaise with the sellers and make sure the extension was arranged, which took a lot of pressure off me. What I really appreciated was that Mark didn’t just wait for me to contact him. He would call to check in, see how things were progressing and make sure everything was on track. From the first phone call on the day the listing went live, Michael has been exceptional. We really wanted the house and he worked with us to secure it. Fantastic with communication between vendors and us. Nothing was too hard to organise and would always promptly reply to texts, calls and emails. Michael was always on time to any inspections.
