Wood Property Managing Director, Andrew Wood, has 25 years experience in investment property big and small. For 6 years he headed Jones Lang Lasalle – Melbourne which is one of the worlds largest property services businesses. He has a Bachelor of Business in Property, is a qualified Property Valuer, a Licensed Estate Agent, Auctioneer, has an MBA with a finance major, Fellow of the Australian Property Institute, Associate of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria and, is a fourth generational real estate professional so its safe to say you are in good hands.

Efficient and communicative

Andrew was good to work with. He communicated what was happening through the sale project and negotiated a desirable price with the purchaser. Working with him from a distance - I live in Sydney - was no hinderance. I would work with him again if I had another property to sell.

Sale and then Settlement Acheived in record time!!

Andrew worked closely with me to achieve our goal of a quick sale for our apartment. 2020 was an interesting year and Andrew worked with the requirements that were needed to achieve a sale before Christmas and then for us to settled in record time mid-Janaury. During the process, Andrew kept me up to date with all inspections and updates, which was very important as I live in Perth. Thanks again Andrew for making this process as easy as possible.
