Sam sold a unit in a large complex in Travencore for us. Other agents were very negative about this complex and so we had no great expectations. Units had experienced significant capital loss since new, but Sam put a great marketing plan together and sold its virtues, getting us a little more than everyone else had predicted we could get. He was a really pleasant agent to deal with. Cannot recommend him enough.
