I had only dealt with Sam through the initial inspection and after that, I mostly dealt with Rianny Duncan. She was approachable, knowledgeable of the market and made the overall negotiation process relatively easy for a first home buyer. She was very accommodating as well, assisting me with other things that I need help with. Overall, I would recommend both.

Being interstate through the time the property was on the market could have been very stressful if the property was in different hands. Thanks to Sam for his concerted efforts and a successful sale, within 30 days of appointing him as agent. I was particularly pleased with his obvious enthusiasm and frequent communication during the sale period. He was able to negotiate very close to my asking price. We had the pleasure of working with Sam to sell our family home. From the outset he was professional, caring, honest and reliable. His manner is very respectful and considerate for which we are so grateful (as our sale was the result of a death in the family). Sam quickly established our preferred method of communication via email or text and enabled me to work and also be contactable. He was available at all hours day and night (I don't think he sleeps!!) to answer queries and answer questions. He advised us on the best strategy for our auction in order to gain the best outcome.
