It's hard to find a better agent than Julian in the area. He's honest and transparent, something I appreciated both as a previous buyer of another property he was selling and as a vendor in this case. In comparison, I've sometimes found other agents would cherry pick the facts they present to you, or I'd get the impression they were not always telling the full story. Not the case with Julian, who I always felt presented the true state of the market and was able to communicate the facts well. Always professional and hard-working. Happy with the outcome and also the way the marketing campaign was conducted.

I’m more than well aware that this is your job, however honestly, you have made this usually stressful time so much easier on me, and literally made it a pleasure.
