Highly Recommended

Outstanding Guidance During our First Time

We interviewed quite a few sales representatives in the area before selecting Julian. We realized his professionalism during our first phone conversation. He knew we were first timers and it was like going back to grade school. He took us by the hand and lead us through the process step by step. It was extremely gratifying, stress-free, and educational. We feel we had a grasp of the marketing program, staging, and selling day prior to auction date. He helped us line up all the professional services who continued his level of professionalism. This team effort took a lot of work off of our shoulders, but more importantly, gave us confidence in a world that is currently showing none. We achieved significant funds above our reserve and have walked away from the entire experience very happy, and we believe Julian has a lot to do with our success.

Excellent service - highly recommended

Mark came highly recommended by a friend who was a previous client. Mark proved to be an ethical, diligent, hard working agent with great market knowledge and experience. He successfully guided us through the process of selling our home at an excellent price and within a short time. This was a remarkable feat, given the sale took place at the height of the Covid-19 crisis, during a difficult market and constantly changing government regulations. We wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

Excellent service. Great sale outcome

We chose Julian & his agency from online information. We are delighted that our choice proved to be so sound. Julian was prompt responding to our online enquiry and from the time of our first meeting,the next day, he was open, honest and most professional. Julian and his staff were always available, helpful and worked really hard to sell the property.. A neighbour commented how frequently inspections were occurring. A process which we were rather apprehensive about, was made so painless!
