Sam is an excellent communicator, knows the market inside out and offers advice when needed. He has a collaborative style and worked with both me and my tenants to facilitate the sale. It was a real pleasure working with Sam. He came into the sale with enthusiasm and optimism. Even when we question or challenge what he was putting forward in terms of price and strategy he was very patient and bothered to take it on board and get back to us with evidence or analysis for us to consider. He was flexible to adopt changes we required although in the end it was usually that we were on the wrong path. Nothing was too much effort. He even managed to get our property in feature articles in the major newspapers. The communication was excellent and we knew at all times what was happening in terms of inspections, feedback from potential buyers and relevant recent sales. Thanks Sam, great job!
