Amazing agent, follow up exceptional, highly recommend
I would highly recommend Stuart Mitchell. Stuart followed up on every detail and arranged everything for me including conveyancing. He made the process very easy, walked me through every step, advised me of the best time to sell and ultimately got me a fantastic price as a result.

Incredibly professional
Stuart is an incredibly experienced and knowledgeable real estate agent. He was very supportive throughout the sales process (which I found very stressful) and was able to connect me to expert tradespeople I needed to get my property repaired, painted and professionally styled in a timely manner, as well as connecting me to expert solicitors to complete the sale, which I couldn't have done on my own. Despite COVID-19 continuously pushing our plans out, Stuart was able to secure a quick sale with the short window he had between lockdowns to host open inspections, and was an excellent negotiator on price and settlement terms as well.

Excellent including advice preauction, auction day and post auction
Glenn's knowledge of the market, necessary communication and professionalism were exemplary throughout the process given our experience was no contact in 50 years. We and our friends were surprised how well the auction went and how calm Glenn remained throughout. A friend commented it was an auction not to miss. It was the easiest decision to select Glenn as our auction agent given contact with other local agents over 50 years.

Excellent service

Easy to deal with, friendly and helpful
