Stuart is a great guy, he is friendly, professional and experienced. He gave us lots of practical and easy to understand advice around what we needed to get the best possible result. As time poor parents of young children, he made everything super easy and took the stress out it. He organised a team of his trusted trades to do the little fixes that were required to present the property at its best. He handled absolutely everything and gave us regular updates on how the campaign was going. His auction skills were awesome (we could hear everything from our rear yard which was exciting). The final result was far beyond our expectations and we are so thankful for all his hard work. He absolutely smashed our reserve and this has given more options to find the perfect home for our growing family!

Sam has extensive knowledge on properties in Brunswick. I’m so glad that I have found him to sell my property in Brunswick west. Sam was such a delight to deal with. He is also highly professional and efficient. Sam is great with his communications. He kept on updating me after each open inspections and interested buyers. He also managed storage for my tenants in order to make place look less cluttered and presentable. Organized tradies to touch up place before final handover. In the end Sam managed to get me quite a few good offers. I cannot thank him enough for his help and these were done through phone and email. I highly highly recommend Sam!
