After just 5 weeks since we met Sam, our apartment was sold at auction. We felt like the entire process went according to plan. Sam's expertise and marketing strategy nous became apparent from the first meeting, which was followed by a week of marketing material preparation, and then a four week campaign leading up to auction. It was uncanny how Sam was able to predict from the outset how many people would inspect the apartment, be interested to purchase, and ultimately bid in the auction. Sam and Rianny worked really hard, and brought in a lot of buyers for private inspections outside of the advertised slots. After every inspection Sam would give me a call with a quick update on how we were tracking. He was really open and informative about how many interested buyers there were, their depth of interest, and their feedback on the property.
