As a first home buyer, I was initially feeling stressed and confused about some of the aspects of purchasing, but Sam and his colleague Rianny made the entire process stress-free and communicated well (at frequent, key times) throughout the entire process. Sam and Rianny were instrumental in negotiating and implementing a new tenancy agreement with the existing tenants, which means I can move in to my new home much quicker than anticipated! Would definitely recommend Sam (and Rianny!) in future.

I found Glenn Bartlett to be a sincere, honest and credible agent. He sold me my property 7yrs ago and I naturally re-engaged him when I was ready to sell the property again. We selected Jason and his team to sell our original family home, based on the energy, enthusiasm and knowledge Jason displayed in our original meeting. Throughout the sales process, Jason was sensitive to the emotions of the family, as the house had been within the family for 57 years. At all times, he was informative, ethical and always gave us realistic expectations of the result he thought we would achieve. In the end, the marketing effort even exceeded all of our expectations as we achieved a result above our reserve price. He has a very good understanding of market conditions, vendor profiles and is an excellent auctioneer. We felt that he carefully managed us and potential buyers through the process, giving us regular feedback on how the campaign was going so that by auction day we had a good understanding of who was interested in bidding and how the day would proceed.
