Jason is personable, patient and a great agent to work with. I procrastinated about whether to sell and he nurtured me throughout the decision making process. Jason handled the recent sale of our apartment. He was extremely knowledgable, very professional at all times, and returned our calls promptly if not answered immediately. I came to know Glenn about 15 years ago when he sold us the property which we ourselves sold with his assistance two days ago. I had no hesitation, based on my prior experience, in engaging him again to assist us with the sale. Whereas the buyer of the property was a "ring-in" who bought without a previous inspection, he successfully competed against potential buyers who Glenn had interested previously; he therefore can justifiably claim considerable credit for having obtained a great investment return for us. Throughout our interaction over the recent sale Glenn was so cooperative and available and responsive to our needs; never once did he give us any false optimism; if anything he counselled reason and the acceptance of a reserve which met our needs on the one hand without ruling out a better outcome than we (and I suspect he) had expected. I recommend Glenn for his professionalism and empathetic manner - without reservation.
