This was a bitter-sweet auction of our family home. Our Mother Maisie knew Ruth Roberts for many years and always wanted Ruth to sell her house, if and when that was necessary. Ruth did Maisie proud. Fabulous house sale result due to Ben and the Woodards team. We selected Woodards, as our selling agents, as they knew the Glen Huntly market better than anyone in the area that we spoke to (and we spoke to a lot of agents) Woodards were super easy to deal with. They ensured we were updated regularly throughout the campaign and knew what to expect and what needed to be done. Being first time (home) sellers, we experienced every emotion from uncertainty and anxiety - to joy and ecstasy. From the outset, we had initially met with another agent, however after one meeting with Kristian and Ben, we were immediately proceeded with Woodards. It is noteworthy that this was already enhanced, after we had originally purchased our apartment through Ben 6 years prior. Their professionalism is unparalleled and enabled us to feel as calm and focused as possible throughout the 4 week campaign. More specifically, their planning, communication, and support increased our sense of assurance. To say that our expectations were exceeded would be an understatement.
