Clare helped us out during a difficult family situation - dad passed away and mum moved into an aged care facility. Clare was asked to sell their home of 50 years in what was a difficult market. Initial interest in the property was hampered by tightening of bank lending practices, negative press reports on the property market and possible changes to negative gearing / capital gains. This did not deter Clare from working with interested parties and negotiating a final price that we considered more than fair given the above mentioned challenges. Would I recommend Clare?
