Hi Really happy with Cedrick the Newbond team Maria, Ryan and the woodards crew for they handled the selling of my apartment. They were easy to deal with. I handed the keys over and basically a month later it was sold and from what I can tell it sold better then other 1960s style apartments in the area in recent times which I'm very grateful for.
