I was aware of Ruth Roberts high profile, and soon found out why it is. As a vendor, she offered sound advice on how to improve and present my property for sale. Organised a great campaign that bought high numbers through the opens. This correlated to solid numbers at the auction with many genuine bidders. The pre auction pitch of the property and the area was that good and enticing, it almost had me doubting why I was selling. Her performance during the auction was brilliant, maintaining momentum in the bidding process, engaging half a dozen bidders, tactfully disclosing when the property was on the market, and having them all bid to their last gasp. She seems to have mastered the art of both the buyer and the seller walking away happy. Highly recommend her and her team. I'm very pleased with the strong market result. Sold at auction!

They gave us constant and immediate feedback after each inspection appointment. They put in a lot of effort, were very professional and pleasant to deal with, and we are very grateful for their help. My husband and I have recently sold our Carnegie Villa through Ben Dax, a property type he is an expert in selling.
