I am not sure if one should start with the fabulous result achieved, but I can't resist. The best result for a 2 bedroom unit in 3163 "ever" and probably won't be broken for some time. The Woodards team, headed by Ruth, with Ben, Toby, Pia, Tanya, and the office staff made this sale so easy for me as Power of Attorney for a dear friend. The service that you provided, feed back on inspections, up to date 'ins' ,'outs' and 'maybe's' was so informative. I could see where there was more than one inspection by prospective buyers and their interest. The extra services, the door mat, Flowers, champagne and manner of all the staff and in particular Ruth with follow up was just great. I would recommend Ruth and Woodards to anyone in 3163 and beyond. Fantastic job Ruth, Thank You Graham Fossey

Professional, calm and confident
Ruth and her team certainly know how to handle any given situation before, during and post auction. She installs confidence in you and your property with attention to detail and calm demeanour. Ruth is the person you want handling the auction of your property, a person whom you can trust as she is fair to the buyer and seller. I would definitely request Ruth if I were to sell a property again.

The Big Sell
I had been planning to sell for a while so I selected an agent and got them to manage the property for me till I was ready. When it came time to sell Ruth and Woodards Carnegie did a fantastic job advising what to do and not do to the property and then getting trades people to do the work. Extremely professional and helpful. Kept me fully informed. On the day there were about 100 people at the auction and the first bid was at a price I was happy with. When the bidding stopped I was extremely happy. Great advice and service. Highly recommended!
