Cedric lives locally so knows the market, the population and the area really well - he actually sold me the property in 1993 and had already been a local for some time then. He let me know their realistic expectation of the price for my unit but through his hard work and negotiation skills that price was exceeded. I was very happy with both written and verbal communication from him and the agency and they welcomed my minor changes to the advertising copy. My property was vacant so he recommended it be staged as it would attract more interest - he was absolutely correct. The photography agency also did the staging - it looked absolutely beautiful (I'd've bought it myself!) and I was very happy with the photographs produced.
