I was overseas for the entire time of the sell campaign ran, only returning on the eve before the auction and felt very comfortable with Andrew's approach as he consistently provided me with progress reports, assessments and guidance throughout the campaign. The end result more than exceeded our expectations and this was entirely due to Andrew and his team and their ability to keep potential buyers interested. My wife and I used Andrew and Mario from Woodards to sell our unit in Mihil St, and from start to finish, we were overwhelmed with their level of respect, knowledge and professionalism. We could not be happier with our choice in agents, and even before our auction date, we knew we were in good hands. Andrew and Mario met us for an initial consultation and told us what the process would be, in black and white terms, and gave us incite on what to expect throughout the sale process. What they said from day one, until the day our unit was sold, was exactly what happened, and we were constantly kept updated on what was happening on the other end, what was happening in the market around us, and what we had to do in order to get the house on the market in the utmost appealing manner. We had 5 open house inspections, that were all organised well in advance, and we weren't inconvenienced in the slightest. On auction day, we were obviously nervous, but the crew from Woodards did everything to calm those nerves. The auction was fantastic, and we received the desired result. The papers were signed, and just like that, we were done. In the coming weeks until settlement day, Andrew was constantly in contact with us, letting us know what was happening, and where we were at, and before we knew it, the house was settled. We had experienced the whole sale process, from start to finish, and we didn't stress at all in the slightest. The members from Woodards took care of absolutely everything and I can't recommend them highly enough. We felt relaxed and at ease throughout, and were kept informed the whole time on the next steps to proceed forward. All I can say, on behalf of my wife and myself, thank you to the Woodards crew, but a big thank you to Mario, and especially Andrew, thank you.
