One great memory of auction day was how genuinely thrilled you were for us getting a great price. We sold in April in the first year (2020) of COVID, and it was a miserable time to sell. The market was empty of sellers and buyers, video auctions were new, and there were lots of social distancing restrictions on auctions/inspections. Chris gave great advice on pricing, how to spruce up the property without overinvesting (which I mostly listened to!), and gave insightful feedback from buyers. No one normally thanks the office/support staff, but they were professional and helpful, did a great job with the ads, Carbonni Cleanning were great, the photos looked astonishingly good , and the auction was handled very well on a cold day.
