However, we will need to carefully inspect the whole unit including its construction, finishes, building services, electrical and plumbing installations before settlement day, to make sure that there will be no extra costs involved in repairing and maintenance works after the agreed settlement day. Chris promised us to arrange a meeting with the still current property owner to ensure that everything be right or correct for the settlement day (including the delivery of the unit properly tidy and clean).
